Shipping Information
I want your order to arrive quickly and safely, so here's everything you need to know before you buy.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. Every order is carefully packed and checked before it leaves my hands.
Shipping Carrier
All Classroom Concepts orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and are as follows:
- Melbourne metro: 1-2 business days
- Regional Victoria: 2-4 business days
- Interstate metro: 3-5 business days
- Regional/remote areas: 5-10 business days
Please note these are estimates only. During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and school holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
